The NIX 22 Cartridge Kit draws from decades of racing and testing experience in elite championships, delivering outstanding performance with stable damping characteristics. This kit enhances rider comfort and confidence, making it perfect for lightweight sport and street bikes.
Utilizing Öhlins' proven “NIX” design, the cartridge separates compression damping in the left leg from rebound damping in the right leg, resulting in precise functionality and stability. Adjustments are easily made at the top with spring preload, and the bolt-on cartridge system is straightforward to install in standard front forks. Extensively tested, the NIX 22 is tailored to meet the unique needs of each bike. Note: Springs and oil are sold separately.

The S46 shock offers adjustable rebound damping along with a convenient hose-mounted hydraulic spring preload adjuster. The rebound adjuster at the bottom of the shock provides over 30 clicks of adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of ride comfort. The hose-mounted spring preload adjuster lets you easily accommodate additional weight without needing specialized tools. The HD 506 is designed to be 1/4" longer than the stock Lowrider S/ST OEM shock, adding approximately 1/2" of height to the rear.
The Öhlins NIX 30-series cartridge kits are engineered for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, drawing on extensive experience in premium suspension development. These kits offer remarkable performance with consistent damping characteristics, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride. Utilizing the distinctive Öhlins “NIX” design, the left leg handles compression damping while the right leg manages rebound damping, enhancing precision and stability. Adjustments for compression, rebound, and spring preload are conveniently located at the top, making installation straightforward in standard front forks. Each NIX kit has been thoroughly tested and customized to meet the unique requirements of various bike models. Please note: Springs and oil must be purchased separately.
